During this course, you will focus on yoga practice, as well as studying and experiencing the yogic way of life from the middle of Indian Ocean.

This spiritual journey enlightens you with in-depth knowledge of Yogic philosophy, principles and lifestyle. It includes thorough, regular sessions, from Traditional Ashtanga Yoga and Sage Patanjali’s Eight-Limbed Yoga to Yin Yoga (a modern yogic art that combines Indian and Chinese cultural traditions).

You will learn the Yogic practices to purify and balance the five elements, Panchamahabhuta sadhana, which are the base of all cosmic creation and help facilitate wellbeing throughout the human body. You will also experience Surya Yoga, the powerful art of ancient warriors, saints and
Yogis.

Upon successful completion of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher course, you will receive two officially recognized certifications from the World Yoga Federation and Yoga Alliance International, through the Institute of Mindfulness, Yoga & Martial Science (IMYMS) – an initiative of Global Wingfo Federation, accredited by Yoga Alliance International and World Yoga Federation.
